High quality seismic reflection data reveal thrust and fold structural geometry offshore Namibia. The lack of image distortion and amplitude variations associated with structures indicates a generally simple seismic velocity structure that is a function of depth rather than stratigraphy. Note the preservation of amplitude up to the thrust cut-offs, with almost no loss in data quality. These structures are interpreted in the associated images.
