An interpretation of a 2D time migrated line from the North Sea, Silverpit Basin area, showing the presence of a salt pillow in the core of a buckle fold. The fold at the left end of the section has top salt at a higher elevation and the fold crest is cut by an extensional fault. This left hand fold is, therefore, closer to being breached and a salt wall developing there. ...
